5.      Mail or deliver to the Secretary or Interim President to arrive at least one week before the annual general meeting, or deliver to the Chair at the meeting at least an hour before the meeting is scheduled to start.

8.      The By Laws provide that::

601: Every member over 18 years of age is allowed to vote by Proxy on all issues that were presented in the agenda.

602: At every general meeting of Clan MacLennan USA, any matter put to vote shall be decided by a majority vote.
